My daughter, Itzel, recently turned 13 years old.  There are many things that teenagers are not willing to do...like clean their room or take family pictures (at least mine doesn't). So I had to come up with a way that I could convince her to  not only take pictures for Christmas, but to wear pajamas.  I came up with the idea of photographing all grandchildren on my husband's side of the family. There was no way she would say no to her cousins.

After searching and shopping for a few hours, we were able to find Christmas pajamas for all the kids. My sisters-in-law were awesome and helped gather some props to make our Christmas pictures even cuter.  My amazing friend and her husband were kind enough to let us borrow their vintage truck for our photo shoot and allowed us to invade their property for a few hours.

There were  8 kids in total... 7 girls and my little boy, Noel. The kids range in ages from 1 year old to 13. I admit I was a bit aprehensive. Was I going to be able to get all 8 kids to cooperate and look at the camera. I only had about 45 minutes before the sunset, so I knew iI was limited with time. Thank God.....luck was on my side. The evening light was absolutely gorgeous. The weather was chilly which made it perfect for their pajamas, no one complained of being too hot or too cold. The kids were so excited and happy to be together that it made it easy to capture such sweet moments.  The pictures turned out better than I could have imagined thanks to these amazing kids...Itzel, Sofia, Heavenlee, Victoria, Noel, Faith, Olivia and Grace!
